  • Will be able to confirm full building audit details and what it has been established needs to be done

  • New service charge requests sent out.
  • Voting required on potential additional items to determine what leaseholders feel is important and to receive any comments
  • Anyone that is questioning any part of the fees must NOT make their request confidential as it is important that everyone sees what they are questioning
  • and why instead of paying the fees and allowing the management company to do their work.
  • Anyone that has not paid their fees within the allotted time will be named
  • Website to allow reporting of problems by the government/law enforcement, landlords and also agents where the landlord takes responsibility for the agent acting on their behalf -i.e. any costs incurred as a result of misinformation would be billed to the landlord (in order to maintain accountability). It will be deemed that if an agent uses the site that they have such authority.
  • Tenants must NOT use the website as we have had incorrect reports in the past which have taken up time to deal with and the tenants are not accountable so we need a paper trail of accountability.
  • Tenants must report all items regarding the management of the building to their landlords (or the landlords agent if applicable), who can then investigate and report through the website and be accountable for any reports.
  • Tenants must report all other items to the person that would be responsible for dealing with it such as the council or the police and then report this through the website with the crime/case reference number and hence be accountable for any reports made
